International Shipping

​

International shipments are shipped via USPS as First Class Mail. Deliveries for international packages generally take between 7-21 days to arrive. USPS does not guarantee delivery dates or times.

Return & Exchange Policy

Returns (Non custom items)
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition you received it. It must also include the original packaging. The purchaser will pay for shipping costs associated with the return shipment of the merchandise.
Trendy Emporium's policy lasts 30 days. Unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange, on items that were purchased over 30 days ago.

Custom Item returns
Trendy Emporium Does Not accept returns or exchanges on custom orders. Due to the nature of custom orders, we are unable to accept returns.  Please contact Info@trendyemporium.net for more information regarding this topic.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item (if available), send us an email at Info@trendyemporium.net and we will provide you with shipping instructions.

Shipping
To return your product, please email Info@trendyemporium.net for return shipping instructions.

You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item(s). Shipping costs are non-refundable. If a refund was the plan of action, the initial cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.


If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
